RevitalizED Solutions, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering school leaders to transform underperforming schools and elevate schools striving for higher performance. With a special focus on Comprehensive Support and Improvement, our mission is to provide targeted leadership coaching and professional development. We equip school leaders with the strategies and tools to close the achievement gap, foster educational equity, and ensure every learner receives a high-quality education.

This academy focuses on creating a visionary, inclusive school culture that empowers teachers and students to excel.
Assistant Principal Academy
The Assistant Principal Academy prepares aspiring and current assistant principals to lead purposefully and impactfully. Focused on developing assistant principals’ leadership capacity, this academy provides essential tools for supportin school-wide initiatives, managing teacher performance, and promoting student success. Participants will gain expertise in instructional leadership, restorative practices, culturally responsive teaching, and effective behavior management. Through hands-on workshops and coaching, assistant principals will be empowered to contribute to their schools’ long-term academic growth and equitable practices.
Instructional Coaches Academy
The Instructional Coaches Academy offers a dynamic, specialized program for instructional coaches who aim to elevate teaching practices and student outcomes across schools. Focused on building leadership in coaching, the academy provides professional development in data analysis, differentiated instruction, and culturally responsive teaching. Participants will learn to work collaboratively with teachers, foster continuous improvement, and implement research-based strategies that support diverse learners. By the end of this program, instructional coaches will be equipped to guide teachers in closing achievement gaps and creating inclusive, high-quality learning environments.
Parent Academy
The Parent Academy is a virtual, interactive program designed to empower parents as essential partners in their children’s education. Through interactive workshops and practical tools, parents gain the knowledge and skills to support home learning,
advocate for their children’s needs, and foster solid school-home partnerships. Focus areas include enhancing literacy and numeracy, accessing special education and ELL services, and promoting social-emotional well-being. The Academy builds a collaborative community of parents and educators to ensure every student thrives academically and emotionally.
